With over 15 years industry experience, Andrew knows the local market inside out. Charles is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with more than 35 years’ experience in the property industry. Having worked in Norfolk since 1999, he has a strong feel for local property types and the nuances of the market. He undertakes surveys and valuations on everything from characterful period homes to modern developments and is known for giving clear, straightforward advice. When he’s not working, Charles enjoys sailing, walking his dog in the Norfolk countryside and spending time with his family

Sandrine started her career as an executive assistant enjoying international travel before moving into roles as a legal personal assistant for a number of practices in London. After a 10-year career break to raise her family, she now joins Lockwood Chartered Surveyors, supporting Andrew and Charles in the smooth day-to-day running of practice, managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and documentation. She brings strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a professional and responsive service for all clients.
Outside of work, Sandrine enjoys life on the Norfolk Broads and can be found kayaking along the River Bure with her son and dog most summer weekends.
